About Us

Owen (the calm)

70/30 ASD/ADHD

Sally (the chaos)

40/60 ASD/ADHD

We are Sally and Owen, a couple from Wales in our mid-30’s who love travelling, road trips, and roaming around Cardiff with our Mexican Hotdog – Taco. We’ve been together for almost 6 years now but have only been diagnosed as neurodivergent over the last 2 years. As it turns out, we’re both AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD) but lean in slightly different directions.

It’s been a rollercoaster since getting diagnosed, but it has enabled us to learn so much about how our brains work, why we love what we love (and hate what we hate!) and most importantly, how to communicate with each other with empathy and understanding, even when times are tough or one of us is having a meltdown.

We’ve been fortunate enough to travel to some pretty amazing places over the last few years. I (Sally) have always been obsessed with researching new places and potential trips down to the last detail but have found that a lot of information out there is aimed at neurotypical people with a focus on experiences that just don’t work for us. This is what has driven me to create this website. By sharing not just our itineraries, but HOW we planned each trip, we hope to give people the knowledge and tips needed to navigate these destinations from a neurodivergent perspective.

If you’ve read our personal AuDHD rulebook then you’ll know that rule number 1 is – If it’s not a ‘Fuck Yes’, it’s a ‘No’. Below are some of our personal fuck yes’ and no’s when we’re travelling anywhere.
